Geocentric Universe

Ptolemy said that Earth was the stationary center of the universe.

Copernicus placed the Sun at the center of the Solar System.

Galileo championed the ideas of Copernicus.

All were wrong. The great scientists of their time were all wrong.

However, the astronomers in Sumeria in 3500 B.C. correctly placed the Earth in its proper place.

But the ancient stories are myths, right? Myths are for children. Myths are always proven wrong or ignored, right?

"All great truths begin as blasphemies."- George Bernard Shaw
