Fermi Paradox
The Fermi Paradox, pondering the apparent lack of intelligent life in the universe, gently asks, "Where is everybody?"
A guileless, humble, politically incorrect soul might answer, "They are all out there, in the millions of planets, but they are all poor Communists and don't have the wherewithal to build a decent radio set."
